Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust (GMMH) reached out to Just R for a Proactive Healthcare Recruitment Solution to assist in filling mental health nurse vacancies across their sites in Greater Manchester
Campaign Objective:
To boost recruitment, this 12-month digital attraction campaign was designed to create awareness and attract Mental Health Nurses (MHNs) to positions within Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) which has multiple sites throughout Greater Manchester.
Campaign Focus:
The focus of the campaign was to find, attract and connect with Qualified Mental Health Nurses (MHNs) – mainly Band 6 Nurses and Band 5’s seeking career advancement opportunities.
Results so far:
The campaign commenced in March 2024 and just 4 months in the number of applications received is over 300!
Qualified candidates attracted include:
- Band 5 Nurses = 30
- Band 6 Nurses = 10
- Band 7 Nurses = 5
More than 30 3rd Year students have also applied … this is the future talent to attract, develop and potentially grow!
Digital Campaign Stats:
- Reach so far is an amazing 697,080
- The posts and adverts on average are comfortably reaching and being seen by between 45-60k people per week
