The Challenge
Having worked with NNUH since 2018, this is the second time we have worked with NNUH to specifically deliver a campaign in response to the global pandemic. Using our understanding of the Trust’s unique challenges and building on the recruitment brand created through previous campaigns our existing relationship has allowed us to quickly launch an effective campaign.
The Solution
Appreciating the urgency of the campaign, we maximised the current Team NNUH branding and used insights from the previous campaign to refresh the recruitment identity and creative assets ahead of the campaign launch. Using a mixture of strong performing evergreen content and carefully curated content designed to generate an immediate response, the campaign was rolled out digitally using a highly targeted approach across Facebook and Instagram.
We have since built on the campaign momentum using new video content created by the NNUH team. Showcasing a masterclass in passion and enthusiasm from Chief Nurse, Nancy Fontaine, the video content has helped to further grab the target audience’s attention and generate enquiries.
Campaign Results to date: driving enquiries
Using detailed targeting and strong call to actions to join the team and support the Trust, in just its first week the campaign has achieved a reach of over 50,000 and generated an impressive 72 enquiries. With a growing pipeline of candidates the campaign has attracted enquiries from a range of candidates including 13 Qualified Nurses to date.
